Our Skipper

Our trusted skipper Fernando has over forty years experience. He is fully licensed and extremely experienced so you’ll feel completely safe in his capable hands.

Fernando is a very friendly, approachable and genuinely passionate about what he does. He speaks English and can tell stories of the places that will be visited and open to any questions you may have.

He is a very knowledgeable sailor and will provide his excellent insights throughout the duration of the itinerary and during your time on the yacht. He will be attentive and caring so you can feel safe and relaxed while you're on board.



The Sailboat

On a very stable seaworthy hull, the sailboat, a BENETEAU OCEANIS 43 is a long-distance, blue water cruiser that delivers superior performance while providing stability and safety under sail.

The three cabin, two bunk beds and two bathroom layout can sleep 8 passengers comfortably. The interior is elegant and harmonious.


Safety is a shared responsability

Hazards exist as in any navigating adventure; being prepared can minimize disconforting situations.

- Follow the instructions of the professional skipper.
- Check the local weather forecast: conditions can change from minute to minute and place to place
- Respect nature: wildlife encounters are possible.


Pack the Basics

Things to know before your sailing, a well-packed suitcase makes for a much more enjoyable cruise vacation

Weather appropriate clothing:
While you’re cruising, you might not think you will get chilly, but it can get downright cold on the open water at night and you’ll want a lightweight sweater or pashmina to keep you warm.
Make sure to bring at least two bathing suits, as it can take a while for them to dry out!, clothes and shoes are required when entering the restaurants and shops.

Bring a Back Pack or Beach Tote
When you leave the boatfor a beach-day shore excursion, you’ll want something to carry your beach items in or if you want to do a little local shopping

Bring Sunscreen and After-Sun Lotion
You might also want to bring along a sun hat and sun glasses.

Take your usual medications and some for seasickness. Bring your own toiletries

Bring an underwater camera or a waterproof phone case
It’s so much fun to be able to take photos not only under water, but just while you’re on the beach or splashing in the waves!
